Description:
Perennial species from my collections from Zhongdian, a high altitude area of China, where it grew on moist steep slopes. From a rather long rhizome kidney-shaped many lobed and hairy leaves are born on petioles to 4cm long. Paniculate inflorescences of Irregulares flowers, which normally have the elongated lower petals are born on upright densely hairy scapes 30cm long. Flowers believed to be pink flushed. Best in full to part shade in a moisture retentive soil.
