A very hardy and robust deciduous shrub, with arching wonderfully flaking stems and branches to 3m tall. Bearing ovate-elongated acuminate rugose opposite leaves with an abundance of highly decorative large orange fruit in the leaf axils, resulting from the yellow orange splashed two lipped flowers.
