Description: One of our best introductions from the mountains of Taiwan. A self-clinging woody semi-evergreen climber with pale meandering stems, clothed in thick textured, slightly hairy ovate leaves to 10m. Bearing wide corymbs of small flowers, surrounded by large persistent creamy bracts 3-5cm long, in July-Aug. Flowers best into the sun, with shade and moisture at the base.
