From one of our collections gathered in a dense forest in eastern Nepal in 2004, with Dan Hinkley and Jamaica Kincaid. Forming a bulbous root-stock with a clumping habit bearing long narrow dark-green leaves only 1cm wide with a contrasting central light stripe, below the long arching stems of pendent white-yellow beaked flowers, 30-90cm tall, flowering July-Sept.
