Forming a dense colony of wiry upright chestnuty stems with small obovate-elliptical serrated leathery evergreen leaves, bearing bell-shaped greenish-white or reddish flowers in axillary clusters. Suitable for a peat bed, best in a moisture retentive acidic soil in light to dense shade in not too exposed/cold spot.
