Pot Size: 3 litre Price: £15.00 Description: A species we have seen and collected many times, blissfully unaware that it was probably an undescribed species, so much part of the terrain in northern Vietnam that we thought it had to be well known. A relatively short species normally around 1m tall in good light half that in exposed well drained areas. Forming congested clumps of slender purplish stems with few branches, with opposite pairs of narrowly-ovate lanceolate sharply serrated leaves with a pink-purple cast in sun. With terminal corymbs/clusters of funnel-formed pink-white flowers summer-autumn. Easily grown in a well drained soil in good light. Possibly not suited to cold wet sites.
