Pot Size: 15 litre Price: £30.00 Description: From one of our collections gathered from the forest on Mt. Kakezuyama, Hiroshima District Japan in the autumn of 2005 at 750m. A medium sized deciduous shrub, to 3m tall in the wild, with ovate-elliptical sharply serrulate leaves 3-10 cm long, with an acuminate tip and raised venation below. Bearing dense terminal compound stellately hairy cymes of small starry white flowers in May-June, followed by bright red globose fruit. Best grown in sun to light shade in some shelter from the coldest winds in a drained fertile soil.
