Pot Size: 15 litre
Description: A particularly desirable form in this collection of this apomictic microspecies, which we have been given by Hugh McAllister of Ness Gardens. At one time compared to S. gilgitana, but has slightly smaller pinnate leaves on the small trees/shrubs, that fruit heavily at a younger age at only 30cm tall, retaining the white ovoid fruit through August on until November. Best grown is good light in a well drained soil with some humus to retain some moisture, avoiding too rich a soil or too hot a site. Eventually 3m tall. Originally collected in Gabral Tal, Swat Division, N.W. Frontier Prov. Pakistan at 2600m in 1983. On its own root, not grafted.
