Pot Size: 5 litre Price: £50.00 Description: One of the most outstanding clones of this species we have had the pleasure of growing, but with a somewhat intriguing origin. The seed was collected by an expedition to Central Nepal, where Barry Philips et al gathered the seed near the village of Ghorepani, as S. saligna. Material was 'liberated' from his garden and introduced via a nursery in the UK as S. saligna. Which we purchased in good faith, but soon realised that the identity was incorrect. Which is more than can be said for the rest of the stock that has now been distributed under the wrong name. The seedling we have has outstanding quantity of flowers along with distinct linear foliage. Easily grown in full to light shade.
