Pot Size: 3 litre Price: £15.00 Description: A chunky species we collected seed of on Fan Xi Pan, the highest mountain in North Vietnam in 2000 accompanied by our friend Sally Goddard. Where the plants we collected seed from grew with broad leaves 50cm long, on upright stems to 1.8m tall. This form is unflowered by us, but described as bearing short terminal lax inflorescences, with large open pale-yellow fragrant flowers in late summer. Spreading to 1m. Easily grown in full sun in a leafy moist soil, protect from severe frost with a heavy mulch as we have done for several years in open fields.
