Description: A pink flowering form of this species I collected in the botanical hot-bed of E'meishan, Sichuan China in 2000 with Dan Hinkley. An evergreen perennial with pale green bronze tinged leaves with darker venation, veins turn bronze red in winter. Bearing many spikes of pink flowers in late spring and summer. Height 20cm spread 30cm. Easily grown in part-full shade in any fertile moist drained soil.
