Description: One of our collection made as we reappeared from the forests of the Mewa Khola on our 2002 trek with Dan Hinkley in North-eastern Nepal. Of a clump forming perennial with robust branching stems (lax when young) to 1.5m tall in time. Bearing grey mealy aromatic leaves to 20cm long on short stalks, composed of 3 times parted orbicular-rhombic leaflets. Terminating in loose panicles to 30cm long of, purple-pink pendant cup-shaped flowers from July to October. Easily grown in full or part shade in any fertile well drained soil that does not dry out.
