Pot Size: 9cm Price: £10.00 Description: A relatively tall species with inflorescences to around 2m in the wild, usually surrounded by a thicket of sharply spined sword-like upright leaves. Less rosette-forming than other species we have collected, with what looks to be suckering occurring, hence thicket-forming. From a collection gathered in the El Cocuy area of north-eastern Colombia in February of 2015. Where we met up with the director of the Medellin Botanic Gardens and his support team.
