With softly hairy bronzed shoots emerging from the woodland floor in early spring, of up to 50-100cm tall in favourable conditions, opening to downy heart-shaped leaves ageing to a fresh green. Bearing a steady show of axillary three undulating petalled pastel yellow, sometimes green tinted flowers to 2cm across from April to October. Easily grown in a cool woodland setting in a drained moisture retentive site in mottled to dense shade, in an acidic to neutral drained soil. Protect from direct strong midday sun. Sold out for the 2025 season
