Description: A fairly restrained semi-evergreen shrub, with stems and undersides of the narrow leaves covered in a white woolly indumentum. Bearing terminal and axillary sequential plumes of fragrant, pale purple orange eyed flowers from mid-summer, persisting far longer than B. davidii. Best grown in full sun and in a well drained soil. From seed I collected on an open pain close to Lijiang China. Height & spread 3m.
