Strobilanthes attenuata

Pot Size: 3 litre
Price: £15.00
Description:
One of the most accommodating perennials going, originating from Himalayan forests. Forming long-lived hardy specimens for us in either sun or shade, meanwhile seeding into some of the most awkward positions, that we could not normally plant, as in deep shade. Forming well branched stems of softly hairy grey-green ovate foliage to almost a meter long at their longest, terminating in a spike of bent trumpet-shaped purple flowers in succession for several months for us. Easily cultivated in sun or partial shade in a fertile drained soil.
