Description: Creeping perennial evergreen species from the Himalayas and China, which prefers to grow in a moist shaded to partly shaded site. Where it soon produces an impenetrable prostrate mat as the stems root at the nodes. Smothered in early-late spring with bright lime green-yellow to acid green bracts. Easily grown in acidic to neutral moist soil.
