Shibamori, Aomori northern Japan in the autumn of 2005. Closely related to and looking quite similar to Campanula, forming neat clumps of narrow foliage on 60cm slender stems, bearing blue funnel shaped deeply lobed bell flowers June-August. Easily grown in most types of fertile soils in sun or part shade.
