Description: From a small bulb which only puts their leaves up in late summer to early autumn, soon followed by sturdier flowering spikes to 10 cm tall, of bright pink starry flowers, resulting in small rounded seed capsules splitting to reveal the black seed therein. Easily grown in a well drained soil in as much sun as you can manage. Our collection from the seashore on the South Korean island of Chejudõ, where it is seen growing on mass.
