Description: From a rather remote mountain range, with a long neck-lashing drive for hours over potholes from hell. Growing directly onto vertical limestone cliffs in deep shade of the forest that inhabited this ridge. Conspicuous with large lob-sided orbicular silver leaves with broad green zones following the main veins. Adorned with upright red stems of pink flowers arising directly from the rhizomes. Best in a container or testing in a sheltered corner, hardiness not known. From Hoa Bin Province near Mon Village northern Vietnam, where we were looking for Aspidistra.
